‘Social prescribing is a means of enabling primary care services to refer patients with social, emotional or practical needs to a range of local, non-clinical services, predominantly provided by the voluntary and community sector’.

An interactive day that will develop the themes introduced at our event held on 18th March. For those who have an interest in social prescribing as an effective intervention for health and well being.
