Registering with the Volunteer Centre

If you would like us to advertise for volunteers for your organisation, please complete the forms below and return them to us:

Partner Organisation Guidance – for information and guidance

Partner Organisation Registration Form – register your organisation with the Volunteer Centre with this form.

Partnership Agreement – this outlines how your organisation and the Volunteer Centre will work together.

Opportunity Registration Form – use this to register individual volunteer roles within your organisation (eg admin role, befriender, treasurer, marketing officer, website designer). You need to complete one opportunity form per role as the each will require a different set of skills and the days and times you need volunteers may also differ.

Are you a sports club?

If you are a sports club and would like support to recruit volunteers, use the Sports Club Registration Form below to register instead of the Partner Organisation Registration Form above.

Sports Club Registration Form – to register sports clubs only – includes North Lincolnshire Council minimum operating standards criteria. The Volunteer Centre works in partnership with the Sports Development Team, North Lincolnshire Council, which will provide sports related capacity building support for clubs wishing to achieve the minimum operating standards or Club Mark.

Adding, deleting or suspending volunteer roles

Already registered but need a new role advertising? All you have to do is complete a new opportunity form and send it to us. You can add new roles at any time.

Got enough volunteers now? Just get in touch and ask us to suspend your volunteer roles, but don’t forget to tell us when you are ready to receive them again. We will suspend your roles so that people cannot see them on the do-it website until you are ready to recruit again.

No longer need volunteers to undertake a certain task? Just let us know and we will stop recruiting to this role.

Need help to complete the forms?

The Volunteer Centre staff will help you to complete the registration forms. We can do this by meeting up with you or by talking them through with you on the telephone. Please just ask.
