Anxiety can become a mental health problem if it impacts on your ability to live your life as fully as you want to. This introductory course will help you understand why it happens and what you can do yourself to address it.

Explore and develop your personal skills toolkit with this effective introductory course.

The Effective Trustee – The world of charities has come under scrutiny in the last year especially leadership and governance. How does this stand up in your organisation? Where are the risks and what should be done about them. This course will help you navigate the role of Trustee using a range of tools that you will be able to take back to the rest of the Board. Tues 26th March 9.30 – 4.30 pm.

A course exploring the theory of groups and how to facilitate learning effectively.

Train the Trainer  Day 1  A two day course for people wanting to deliver training in their own organisation and potentially elsewhere. Never delivered training before but really want to? This is for you! Weds 24th April  9.30 – 4.30pm
