Independent Examination of Accounts: We can act as Independent Examiners for your charity or charitable company – there have been some recent developments with regards the Charities Act 2006 and the Companies Act 2006 which enables both charities and charitable companies with income under £5000, 000 to have a Independent Examination rather than full statutory audit for all accounting periods starting 01 April 2008. For accounting periods starting prior to this there are different rules but contact us and we will discuss your requirements.

Training: We can offer group training sessions or one to one training and support. If a group would like to transfer from a manual cash book to computerised spread sheets. We can help set this up.
