Charity registration

If your organisation is of public benefit, according to the Charity Commission, and your income exceeds £5,000 in a year, then you should register as a charity. This means you will have to abide by Charity law. This is not as daunting as it sounds, and VANL Development Workers can help you all the way through the process, plus the VANL Finance Department will be able to help you with the accounts, right down to providing financial services for you.
