Writing a business plan

Every business should have a plan to ensure that they don’t lose their way. Every voluntary organisation should do the same. A business plan details what you intend to achieve, with a time frame. It doesn’t have to be too detailed if you are only a small group, but it helps you to keep your goals in mind and not get side-tracked. Call a VANL Development Worker for more information.
