
INTRODUCING FUNDRAISING PLUS
Fundraising Plus is a service we offer to help voluntary and community organisations with, as the name suggests, Funding Advice, but we also offer a range of other support as well.
Many voluntary and community groups need help with funding, sometimes for a specific project and on other occasions to simply help with day to day costs. Fundraising Plus can help with this by giving advice about what grants might be available and perhaps how to arrange your group's financial affairs to become more sustainable. We do this in a number of ways, like:-
Health Checks
We can take a look at your current funding position and highlight things that might improve your funding capacity.
Development Support
We can develop your ability to improve you fundraising capacity and help you put in place some policies you might need to improve what you do and access funding which requires these policies to be in place.
Training
We can offer a range of training to meet any gaps in your ability to become financially stable in the long term.
Signposting
If you need some advice of a specialist nature, like help with contracts and tendering, we can find the source of that advice for you and may be able to fund its provision.
The Fundraising Plus project not only covers North Lincolnshire (which you can access from us at VANL) but also in the East Riding (from East Riding Voluntary Action) Hull (from Hull CVS) and North East Lincs (from VANEL). Fundraising Plus is funded by the BIG LOTTERY FUND under its BASIS programme.
